ITAWEL Nattokinase Complex Softgels combine a fermented-soy enzyme with CoQ10 and several supporting enzymes and botanicals. People are usually drawn to this type of formula for circulation and cellular-energy support. It also deserves more caution than a basic vitamin because several ingredients can affect bleeding or interact with medicines.

Why people choose this formula
Nattokinase has been studied for its possible ability to help support healthy circulation-related markers. CoQ10 helps support normal cellular energy production because it participates in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Some clinical studies suggest CoQ10 may help reduce feelings of fatigue in selected groups.
These are research-led reasons for interest, not permission to use the product as a blood thinner, blood-pressure treatment, pain treatment or replacement for prescribed care.

What research suggests
A 2023 systematic review and meta-analysis combined six randomized controlled trials with 546 participants. Compared with control groups, nattokinase was associated with average reductions of 3.45 mmHg in systolic blood pressure and 2.32 mmHg in diastolic blood pressure. Lipid results were not consistently favorable, and the authors said more work was needed to understand dose-response effects.
This is evidence about a group average across varied nattokinase studies, not proof that this formula lowers blood pressure. It does not show that 10,000 FU is better than a lower activity level, and anyone receiving treatment for blood pressure or clotting should not change that care because of a supplement article.
For CoQ10, a 2022 meta-analysis combined 13 randomized trials with 1,126 participants. CoQ10 groups showed a statistically significant improvement in fatigue scores, with a small-to-moderate standardized effect size of 0.398. However, the significant result appeared in the CoQ10-only subgroup, not the subgroup using combination formulas. Since ITAWEL Nattokinase Complex is a multi-ingredient formula, the CoQ10 result cannot be assumed to apply directly.
In plain English
A change in a study's average blood-pressure or fatigue score is a clue, not a guarantee. It may help researchers understand where an ingredient deserves more study, but it cannot tell one shopper exactly what they will feel or how their medication plan should change.
Activity units also matter. FU, GDU and SPU describe activity for different enzymes and cannot be compared with one another or treated like milligrams. More units do not automatically mean more benefit, especially when safety and medication interactions are part of the decision.
How to use it in a routine
The product information directs adults to take three softgels daily with water. Follow the current label and do not increase the serving based on a study result. Keep the bottle sealed and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Who should check first
Ask a qualified healthcare professional before using this product if you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicines, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or any product that can affect bleeding. Nattokinase, bromelain, serrapeptase and white willow are all relevant to that conversation.
People with a bleeding disorder, anyone who is pregnant or nursing, and anyone preparing for surgery or dental work should obtain professional approval before use. Stop and seek medical guidance if unusual bruising, bleeding or another concerning reaction occurs. Check the soy and coconut statements if you have an allergy.
For example, a person with a dental procedure next week may think a "natural" enzyme blend is unrelated. In practice, that procedure is exactly the kind of information a dentist or clinician needs before advising whether the product should be used or paused.
For retailers and wholesale buyers
Before listing the formula, confirm destination-market rules for enzyme activity, cardiovascular wording, fatigue wording, medication cautions and allergens. A responsible product brief should include the SKU, current formula, serving directions, quality documents and a specific safety review.
